Return & Refund Policy
At WholesaleBeautyLA, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is satisfying. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both you and us. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Timeframe: You have the flexibility to return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery, allowing you ample time to evaluate your purchase.
2. Eligibility: Items eligible for return must remain in their original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Items must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Options: Refunds will only be processed for unopened and products that are in its original packaging. Eligible products that are notified within 7 days, but are opened will only qualify for a store credit. We do not accept exchanges of products at this time.
4. Defective Items or Our Error: If the return is prompted by our mistake or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Specific items, such as those categorized as final sale or customized products, cannot be returned. We recommend reviewing product descriptions before making a purchase.
6. Return Process: Initiating a return is straightforward:
- a. Contact our customer service at info@wholesalebeautyla.com and include the following in your email.
- Order Number
- Which item you would like to return
- The reason for your return.
- b. Securely package the item, enclosing a copy of your purchase receipt.
- c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.
- Note: We do not provide return labels.

7. Condition of Return Items: We kindly request that returned items remain in their original packaging and maintain the same condition as when received. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Return Shipping: Return shipping expenses are your responsibility unless the return results from our error or a defective item.
9. Processing Time: After we receive your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for inspection and the processing of your refund or exchange.
10. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 1-2 business days after the return is processed.
11. Restocking Fee: In certain cases, a restocking fee of 25% may apply to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
12. Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package has not arrived, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of delivery. For tracking that says "Delivered" on USPS/UPS and has not been delivered, please contact your local postal/UPS office for package status.
To file a claim for lost/stolen package, please visit the carrier's website. WholesaleBeautyLA will provide and assist you with the required information needed to complete the claim, but it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
13. Communication: We will keep you informed via email regarding the status of your return and its processing. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service.
14. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order as long as your order has not been 'fulfilled.' Once your order has been 'fulfilled' you cannot cancel your order and may be subject to restocking fees. Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
